The Guild holds its AGM in November/December each year. As soon as the date and venue have been decided they will be posted here with details of how to get to the venue.

Proxy Votes for the AGM
A valid proxy vote shall be either an e-mail or letter stating the member’s full name, membership number, postcode and voting decision. To be a valid proxy vote the vote must be received by the General Secretary at least 72 hours before the time and date of the SGM.
